This coffee recipe is made in the South Indian method of pouring the finished product back and forth between two vessels from as high a distance as you can without spilling it! This creates the foam and froth for your delicious cup, every bit as important as the spice ingredients. After making several cups, you will find your own perfect blend of spices to match your particular taste. I always add just a bit more cardamom to my cup.
